Sometimes when buying beads, I can only find a few to buy which is the case with these cloisonne blue starfish beads.  Turquoise crystals, rhinestone rondelles and gold colored pewter beads were used to make this 1 1/2 inch long earrings.  The earring french hooks are made of surgical stainless steel.
