Questions: Before purchasing an item, please contact me if you have ANY questions. I have made my best effort to accurately describe and portray all items and provide relevant sizes and descriptions to assist you in your selections.

Your item will be shipped within 3-5 business days after PayPal has been accepted. If you need another method of paying please contact me.

Shipping costs: Standard US Postal Service fees will be charged for any item less than $50.00. For items $50 and above, standard US Postal Service fees are FREE. If you have need items quicker than standard US Postal Service, please contact me (you will be responsible for the additional fees). For International Clients, shipping will be charged to you.

Online and exchanges are circumstantial so please contact me with your circumstances. Returns and exchanges require that the item has been unworn, undamaged and in original packing (if sealed).

Repairs: Jewelry should be worn with love and care BUT if my jewelry piece needs repair please contact me. Some repairs are free but if charges are involved (wear and tear) I will discuss this with you. The shipping and insurance fee to me is non-refundable but depending on the circumstances you may or may not be responsible for shipping and insurance back to you.

Lost earrings: Please contact me because I may have components to make the second earring.

Custom orders: Please contact me and we can discuss exactly what you need. When placing a custom order, please double check your measurements. A 25 percent deposit is required before I start the custom project. The amount collected will be applied to your total cost when the item is finished and ready for shipping.

Variations of product: Many of the metals I use (fine silver, sterling silver, gold-filled, bronze, copper, and brass) may discolor (patina) due to exposure to humidity. It can create a very beautiful and unique transformation of your jewelry, but if you like, you can hand buff the metal with a silver polishing cloth. Store the jewelry piece in a zip-lock baggie. My stones are specially selected for their natural properties of texture, patterns, color, inclusions, and shapes but if dropped on hard surfaces (tile, stone countertops) it may chip/crack/shatter. Do not put delicate stones/pearls in jewelry cleaner fluid.

Unsatisfied Purchase/Cancel Order: Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Your money will be returned to you within 7 days after I receive the undamaged item in the original packing. I am not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Return shipping and insurance will not be reimbursed. Include: Name, email, phone, invoice number.
