My sister Judi of JudiKins Rubber Stamps designed the hot pink Gel du Soleil using mica flakes, tiny copper holeless beads, a JudiKins Glitter Roxs.  Gel du Soleil is a ultraviolet light cured optical resin.  Isn't she talented???  The brass bail, chain, heart lobster clasp and one inch ending brass heart can be adjusted to a maximum of 32 inches.  Play around with the placement of the end brass heart, you can let it dangle down your back, wear it on the side as shown in the picture of let both hearts dangle as a centerpiece.
