Queen conch shell in bubblegum pink is natural.  The heart is about 1+1/4 inches tall. Rice pearls were hand knotted to form an 18 inch necklace.  Sterling silver was used.  The pendant may be slipped off the pearl necklace and worn separately on your own sterling silver chain.
